Sunboar

I have ordered a knife from Sunboar for a friend on 3-1-2019. I have recently inquired about where the item was, but have been unable to get a hold of Sunboar due to their site being "down for maintenance" every time I've tried. I contacted *** as they were the ones to deliver the package according to the tracking number I received from Sunboar via email. They informed me that, by request from Sunboar, they passed the package to the local United States Post Office for delivery. According to the USPS they delivered the package, but not to my address, to another address in my town given to them by ***. *** said that the address was given to them by Sunboar and that I had to contact them to get it straightened out. I have tried contacting Sunboar multiple times with no success, as well as contacting my bank to get any sort of help with them. Nothing has been done and I haven't been able to get a refund or the item I purchased.
