I am writing this because EVERYONE should knowThis office gave my daughter a hard timeWe are very disappointed in the service receivedTheir agent, *** *** in the West Palm Beach office completely wated our time and LIEDWe traveled to her office under pretensesIt took us minutes to travelInstead of making a conference call to our Banker, she made me sign a sheet and said she would do it herselfShe lied she did so, but called us back to say she could not get throughOur banker NEVER had a record of her callShe wasted our time again by saying to fax over an authorization form to finalized the sale of our homeShe never brought up the form during the closing and ONLY remembered it after the factShe lied saying we left early, when in FACT, the closing already ended and we were told by our real estate agent it was all right to leaveWhen we tried to file a complaint with the Wellington office, we received a flat responseThis rating for this office is completely wrongTHIS OFFICE ACTUALLY RECEIVED AN F FROM Revdex.com, as listed on this Revdex.com site in SeptemberDo NOT get how they went from an F to an A-Weird rating system
