Customer called and stated the business did return their calls and [redacted] is reimbursing the customer.
Review: Equipment rented to [redacted]., Inc. was returned to Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. (Acct.[redacted], Contract #[redacted]) on 7-8-13 at approximately 3 p.m. [redacted] has continued to be billed since that time at a rate of $343.89 per month. It was only caught by [redacted] last month. Numerous calls have been made by two different [redacted] employees requesting a return phone call from [redacted] to discuss reimbursement. No return call has been received.Desired Settlement: [redacted]. should be reimbursed in the amount of $343.89 x 16 months, as the equipment was picked up by Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. on 7-8-13.
