Review: I bought a compact sewing machine from Sunbeam. 2 months later I had to send it to [redacted], Inc because it quit working. I had to pay $10 for postage. A month later I received a new one because they couldn't fix the other one. 2 months later I had to do the same thing and another $10. I mailed it Sept 16, 2015. After a month I called Sumbeam to see if they would just refund my money and they said since [redacted] already had it, they wouldn't. I called [redacted] a month later, now it is November, and they still didn't have a new one to replace the old one.

I received it in the mail today 01/09/2016. It too way too long. I am also filing on Sunbeam too.
