I had a very positive experiance with Sun West Mortgage Low interest rate I actually suspected it was a scam due to it being so low Regardless of what I thought, it was real and the process was easy Time wise the loan process took longer than I had hoped and longer than the alloted time SunWest gave in the original contract The extra time it took was neither my fault nor the fault of Sun West Even though, the process took nearly twice as long as it should have, Sun West did NOT raise the interest rate or charge additional fees My last mortgage company did just that and I will always resent that!
