Good Evening [redacted] , My name is Brittany E [redacted] and I am the new Community Director for Sun Village as of 2/1/First off, I want to apologize for the frustration this has caused youOur goal is to always deliver a home that is warm and welcomingI apologize that things were not handled properly the day you moved in and obviously the ball was droppedUnbeknownst to you, the community was going thru some transition during this timeSun Village had been without a Manager or Maintenance Supervisor from mid December all the way thru the day I arrived, February 1st, There is no excuse for our actions but obviously there was not a leader taking charge.With that being said, I have read the notes to the file and talked with my staffThere was a delay on your application on getting you approved and I know you were coming from CaliforniaThe day before your move in, there was a holiday as wellUnfortunately, when you arrived Sun Village staff handed you keys and no one had pre-walked your homeI am told now that when you had notified the staff to walk your home with you after the fact, that you were unhappy and that they knew right away the mistake that was madeIt is my understanding that within hours of your arrival, we found you a new home that was beautiful on our Community and that was 100% turned, #***From what I understand from Jacqueline and Kendell, you are very happy now but that is was a rough startThis should have never happenedI also understand that we did not charge you for any rent in the first home, #***We truly tried to make things right and would like to meet with you in person next weekI would love to meet you!
