I entrusted my Brother sewing machine to Sun Valley Quilts to service the machine and replace a needle clamp and a pin I was told it would take a weeksIt has taken six weeks and I still do not have my machine After the company having my machine for weeks, I was told a part was backordered A week later I was told on a Friday that the part was being sent overnight and the machine would be ready in a couple of days I was called by the company on the following Monday and told they expected the part in that day and the machine would be ready in a couple of day I called on Thursday and was told they did not have the part It as been over weeks and I still do not have my machine I should also mention that at the week mark I told the company they should be giving me updates on my machine since they were the ones responsible for me not having my machine back as of yet
