Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor - left me speechless afterwards: My girlfriend and I took her son to Dr. [redacted] for a hand fracture (I was not there for the first visit). She brought him the X-rays from the Urgent Care that we went to prior. They put a cast on it - went back 2.5 weeks later. On the 2nd visit, she finds out they lost the original X-rays that we brought to them. They do another X-ray, and Dr. [redacted] said the bones are misaligned. He now tells my girlfriend that it isn't a problem and he doesn't even need another cast - this directly contradicts what she was first told. When she asked the Dr. some questions he got angry, threw his papers/pen down and said 'We'll put a cast on it then!'. My girlfriend calls me and I drive over to try to discuss the situation with him so we can make the right decision. He argued with us, directly refused to answer simple questions, stormed out of the room and yelled at my girlfriend, "And you pay your bill on the way out!".
