We are very sorry for any confusion regarding your membership terms with usDue to the high volume of customers that call and come in the salon to tan each day we require a written documentation for all account changesWe feel that making account changes over the phone lends itself to errorBy
having our customers sign for account changes such as cancellations, upgrades or EFT information we are able to have a record these things which helps us to ensure we have taken care of any requests our customers have madeThis is not a hidden procedure in any way, we have this requirement in bold on our membership forms and customers sign, date and initial that they understand the terms at the time they purchase their membershipWe also send a copy home with each customerIt is our practice to collect these forms daily and then a manager reviews them and makes sure everything has been cared for in our computer system before accounts are billed on the 1st of each monthIf we accepted these changes over the phone we would have no way to double check that the requests have all be cared forWe hope that you understand the importance of us having this written documentation of all account changes.
