On 7-14-2014, our technician [redacted], went to Mr. [redacted]' home (which is for sale) on [redacted] in [redacted] and found multiple issues with his HVAC system (please see invoice [redacted] in attachments). [redacted] was able to make contact with his realtor and left a message on what needed to be done. He...
was then given Mr. [redacted]' phone number to explain the repairs needed. He left Mr. [redacted] a message as he did not answer. We did not proceed with any work at that time.
Mr. [redacted] called back the following morning and gave us the approval to do the work. We procured the circuit breaker for his home and returned to replace the breaker that afternoon and made sure the system was operational. Mr. [redacted] was contacted for payment after the repair and payment was given via credit/debit card at that time. Mr. [redacted] was quoted $330 for the repair (see work order attached) and was written up as $325 on the invoice. I can credit Mr. [redacted] the $5.00 back since those numbers did not match.
We have [redacted] GPS tracking devices on all of our vehicles and [redacted]'s time is shown below: 7-14-2014 "ignition off" @ 4:09pm [redacted] 7-14-2014 "ignition on" @ 6:10pm [redacted] = 2 hours and 1 minute 7-15-2014 "ignition off" @ 3:07pm [redacted] 7-15-2014 "ignition on" @ 3:49pm [redacted] = 42 minutes
There is also his time for the specific procurement of Mr. [redacted]' circuit breaker which we had to go get and come back 7-15-2014 = 1 hour
[redacted]'s total time to repair Mr. [redacted]' HVAC system was 3 hours and 43 minutes Removing the part from the amount charged to Mr. [redacted], the labor amount was fairly calculated at only $76 per hour as our normal street rate is $100 per hour. He actually savedMr. [redacted] around $90.00 As for the price of the breaker in question, the breaker portion of the bill (part only) was $40.
This shown above displays the 'breakdown' Mr. [redacted] was inquiring about and hopefully clears up any misunderstandings. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond.
Please reply that this response was received in its entirety.
Best regards,
