Customer came in for an oil change and asked me to check her brakes. I did the oil change, then removed all four wheels to inspect the brakes. I explained to her that she did not need new brakes.
The charges were for an oil change and for labor...

She paid her bill and she left.
This notice was the first time I found out that she was disputing the charges. I called [redacted] as soon as I received the notice. I told her if she was unhappy about the bill or needed me to explain the charges, I am available at the gas station 6 days a week and she is welcome to come in to discuss her concerns. [redacted] told me she would come in on Friday, October **, 2014.
Hopefully, we can resolve this matter fairly to all involved.
