We ordered basketball uniforms for a 2nd grade AAU team. There was a few issues during the ordering process. He first put the logo on both sides instead of a number on the back so he had to redo them. When we received them the logo was too low so when the shirts were tucked in half the logo was lost, also the word basketball was so dark it was unreadable. Some of the numbers were starting to peel and one was completely transposed so the 3 looked like an E. He redid the order again and we received the new shirts the day before the game. He made the logo smaller but left them in the same position as before so they were still towards the bottom of the shirts. Some of the shirts were also burnt from the machine used to do the lettering. One of the shirts was actually torn from the fabric that was melted. When this was brought to Tony H he refused to fix them. So we now have a mix order of differed logo shirts and some that are not wearable due to the rough fabric that is burnt
I deeply apologize about this issue. I have no problem returning the money. There was technical issues the caused the problem of the melting of the jerseys . I don't recall ever saying I would refuse returning the money. For the placement of the logo I did the best I could with the size of the jerseys. So I hope this fixes the problem, It was not my intension for this to happen. If you want to call me at 509-***-*** to arrange the time to meet that or I could send it to you.
