Sun Protection Hats

I ordered a Tilley hat from this business because they said it comes with extra colored bands. I included a note saying if the bands are no longer available CANCEL the order. Two weeks, countless phone calls with NO answer and NO call back, several emails with again NO response and my hat comes without the bands. AND I was charged for shipping which they state is free with their Tilley hats. I am afraid to send it back b/c then I will be out my hat AND my money. I will NEVER be so stupid as to to order from sunprotectionhats.com again. Beware!!! If a business never answers their phone you'll know you're in trouble!

Review: We returned a hat to Sun Protection Hats after repeated attempts to reach a sales person by telephone. The hat was returned on 7/17/2013 and received by the company. We did reach a sales person and were told a refund would be made. We received an email on 11/11/2013 that the company intends to send a refund via PayPal. We have not received any refund.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund of $75.05.

Review: I ordered a hat from the company prior to a trip. The hat was too small. After many attempts to contact the company by telephone and email, we finally were able to reorder and return the first hat. The second hat was too small. After many attempts to contact the company to exchange the hat in time for my departure, I was unable to get a response and had to leave without the hat. I returned the hat now but have not received a refund. I have tried to contact the company many times to discuss this and have only received an email stating that the return was being reviewed.Desired Settlement: I request a refund in full, $75.05, made to my credit card immediately.
