Sun Enterprises was in the process of getting the customers credit card information in order to refund. During that process, the customer submitted a chargeback with his credit card company, resulting in the return (refund) of his $100.00. Sun Enterprise's agreed to the chargeback
and the customer has received his money back from the credit card company
