Sun Garden Chinese Restaurant

I, am the applicant and as such have personal knowledge of the facts and matters hereinafter deposed to by me save and exempt where same are stated to be based upon information and belief, in which case I verily believe them to be true. Acting in objective good faith & without prejudice I have submitted a formal complaint against Sun Garden Chinese Restaurant after a couple of issues for poor food quality, for service that I have paid for & have not received or been reimbursed for because of poor food quality, do negligence or a complete *** committed by employees of Sun Garden Chinese Restaurant as the service/product that I have received is not what I expected or paid for. The food quality is atrocious & they have done nothing to rectify the situation. My food is under cooked, they will not remake it, the product is not what I paid for & I am out money & not at all satisfied because of their actions. My noodles are not cooked, I paid money for under cooked food, a sprinkle of meat & veggies that are not even cooked & they will not remake my food to proper standards. The food is Atrocious! & I have reason to believe is not food safe. This is now the second time I have been very unsatisfied do to their actions. The last two times I have literally thrown the food out because of extremely poor food quality. *** I am extremely unsatisfied by their quality & their action & inaction on this matter.
