I am rejecting this response because:I understand the ownership policy, but the issue is a concealed problem and the rust should not be coming through the plaster so soonThis is an
installation issue and the repairs should be honored.The owners may have changed but the pool is the same, and this is not for this to happen so soon

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same information that I have been told since August; that the release is on the way and they will get in touch with the concrete company. I don't see how this is any different than what I have been told in the past

As long as Sun Fare follows through with providing the lien release and having the concrete company remedy the situation.
