I am an off-grid Solar Installer, and I would like to share the amazing experience I have had with Sun Electronics.
I recently placed a very large order with SUN for Hybrid inverters and received 2 that only lasted 5 hours each, I went through an awful experience with the manufacturer trying to get warranty coverage and eventually let SUN know what was going on. These people stood behind me 100% ; they took back the bad inverters (so they could take on manufacturer direct) and replaced the inverters with another brand that worked just fine and let me get the job finished. If your're a DIYer or installer this kind of top notch service matters; in the Solar industry bad manufacturing runs happen, so having a retailer that backs you up is extremely important. Prices are very fair too
