Revdex.com:Thank you for your assistance dealing with Sa-Vit. The letter I received dated February 22, 2018 from Sa-Vit completes my request that was originally denied by Sa-Vit. I hope Mr. [redacted] had a chance to listen to my recorded conversation...
with the Sa-Vit representative. Had the representative provided me with the same information from Mr. [redacted] (letter Feb. 22, 2018) I would not have needed to the assistance of Revdex.com.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
