Sun Devil Garage Doors

The worst experience we've ever had with any company. The owner of the company, Chris, called my husband at 7:30 at night when he had called earlier with a question on the bill. He was so rude and unprofessional he even threatened my husband saying "I will tap your [redacted]."

We called this company because there was a sticker on our door opener for them. A subcontracted individual, that ran his own garage door company, showed up. After giving us an estimate, he told us that the manager/owner would call us back as we asked about the cash price. The owner, Chris, came out to 'repair our garage'. Once at our home, he informed us that there weren't any parts that needed replaced and all that he would need to do would be to lube some parts and make some minor adjustments. He gave us a bill for $160 which we paid cash for. Later, we called to have him explain the bill as the total didn't make sense.That's when he yelled at and threatened my husband .

PLEASE save yourself the stress of these conniving, aggressive people and DO NOT USE THEM.
