To Whom It May Concern,This is the owner of Sun Country HomesWe have a year warranty on all of our homesThis ensures any problems you may have encountered within the first year could be submitted to the builder to fix appropriatelyAll homes we know need to be maintained throughout the years due to changing weatherWe have no control over how much moss can accumulate over the span of yearsAs far as the roofing, we applied the roof according to building code along with all of the other houses in this neighborhood around the same time and have received no issues or complaintsThank you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This complaint is not about moss, it is about the roof rotThis house is the only one in the subdivision, was built last and roof has obviously has been done in a shoddy matter. There is nothing one could have seen in the first year of warranty, roofs should have a different, separate warranty. You could not even supply me with the name of the company who has done the roofing on this homeThere is certainly nothing we have done to cause the roof to be rotting in such a relative short time???
