Good Morning Johana, Please accept this email a formal response to the complaint mailed on June The complaint submitted to the Revdex.com described poor customer service as a result of her concern of product qualityWhen I spoke with the patient “Chris” Thursday, June15th, she said that she would be satisfied with us sending two replacement wrapsI told the patient that we will be shipping another pair of wraps and apologized that the situation was not handled this way in the first placeThe replacement wraps were delivered on June We will also be communicating the need for a companywide educational session how to handle similar situations, as well as, use this example to place a focus on understanding how care for customers so they are not dissatisfiedThis is something that is cannot always be written in protocol, but is discussed during our training sessions Also, please add the attached logo to our profileI emailed it last Thursday, but it still does not appearThe marketing team would like to see it to decide if we want to use a different logo Thank you for your help
