Sun City Mechanical

I went to Sun City Mechanical for parts to repair my furnace. The gentleman we talked to was very helpful. Although he didn't have the part I needed on hand he made a couple of calls and found what I needed and aranged pick up for me. The girls in the front office were very helpful and friendly as well. Overall it was a very positive experience!

I have used Sun City Mechanical a few times over the last few years and found the company (especially Gary the owner) to be very credible. They were the best price when I priced a new system, and have stood by their quoted price for any other service or repairs. Recently had them install new system when ac went out at kids home. Gary provided portable ac units for them to use during time they had to wait for the install. I will (and have) recommend them to anyone.

I have used the company twice, and both times were for Clothing Dryer Vent Cleaning. First time they did a wonderful job cleaning both ends of the system.

The second time recently after a change in ownership, they only cleaned the Dryer Vent from the bottom end say it was completely clean. Technician was in a big hurry. Several months after the Dryer Vent was cleaned I appeared to have a problem again.

So I called Sun City Mechanical, and spoke with a young lady identifying myself as a customer with a problem.. I gave her my name, date of service, and last my invoice number. She said she was not sure if there was any warranty on the work. Called back in a few minute say it was a "LOBOR ONLY" Job and there is no warranty what so ever.

I wound up calling another company who came out inspect my dryer vent, show me it was completely plugged up. They clean the Dryer Vent properly, and lets say Sun City Mechanical lost me as ever doing any business with them again.
