I had to write this review because this company deserves itFirst off Alex B [redacted] took my first call to the company, I explained my a/c issues to him and the fact that I had a handi-cap room mate and he cannot go without air conditioningHe was so pleasant and understandingPlease keep in mind this was late afternoonHe took down all my information at 16:and told me he would be there at 17:Within minutes I received a text message that a service rep was on the way and by 16:he was there to assist usI watched him as he checked out my unit and he found the problem right awayHe resolved the breaker issue that I had immediately and then examined the inside and outside unitMy a/c unit is years old and I have pets, the inside unit was extremely dirty and the coils needed cleanedHe quoted me a very reasonable price to clean the coilsI wanted to check with a friend of mine that also does a/cI could not reach him earlier so I finally spoke with him before Alex left my homeMy friend that I have known for years quoted me $more than AlexSad but trueI scheduled an appointment with Alex for the next morning at 11:am to do this service for meThe tech that came the next morning was ErvIn V [redacted] and he was suppose to arrive at 11:amI got a text at 09:am to tell me he was on the wayI loved the fact he was early so that it did not get too hot in the house while the system was downHe was equally as helpful, explained and showed me everything he was doingThis is an amazing company and I hope more people will give this small business a trueThank you, Brenda M [redacted]

First off Alex B[redacted] took my first call to the company, I explained my a/c issues to him and the fact that I had a handi-cap room mate and he cannot go without air conditioning. He was so pleasant and understanding. Please keep in mind this was late afternoon. He took down all my information at 16:00 and told me he would be there at 17:30. Within 10 minutes I received a text message that a service rep was on the way and by 16:35 he was there to assist us. I watched him as he checked out my unit and he found the problem right away. He resolved the breaker issue that I had immediately and then examined the inside and outside unit. My a/c unit is 7 years old and I have pets, the inside unit was extremely dirty and the coils needed cleaned. He quoted me a very reasonable price to clean the coils. I wanted to check with a friend of mine that also does a/c. I could not reach him earlier so I finally spoke with him before Alex left my home. My friend that I have known for years quoted me $100.00 more than Alex. Sad but true. I scheduled an appointment with Alex for the next morning at 11:00 am to do this service for me. The tech that came the next morning was ErvIn V[redacted] and he was suppose to arrive at 11:00 am. I got a text at 09:52 am to tell me he was on the way. I loved the fact he was early so that it did not get too hot in the house while the system was down. He was equally as helpful, explained and showed me everything he was doing.
