Verbal response:Sun City *** states they do not take money from consumers to hold a vehicleThe vehicles are sold in silent auction to a consumer who is ready to make a purchaseThe consumers were not told they could hold the vehicle, nor was any money taken from themIt is unfortunate that the consumers were disappointed, however Sun City *** does not refuse sale to a consumer because another consumer has an interest in a vehicleSun City *** would welcome the consumers to come in and look for another vehicleSun City *** will help them in any way they can to make a purchase.
