Sun Cities Financial Group, Inc.

We spent 90 minutes in the Oakbrook, IL office with Sun Cities Larry Eastman. He told us that the 4.65% advertised CD bank offer that he signed us up for through [redacted] Federal Bank is a 6 month promotional offer funded by the bank. After signing us up, he informed us that the offer just expired and that he would contact us in a few days with a new CD offer. He never contacted us and I called him twice, leaving messages on his voicemail, with no return call. Then I called [redacted] twice, both times having the bank tell me that it is Sun Cities that provides the bonus offer, not the bank, as Larry informed us, and that the bank would contact Sun Cities and I would get a response from Sun Cities and/or [redacted] Bank. Over one month later, I have received no response from Sun Cities or from [redacted]. As a result, I have a meaningless [redacted] account and wasted alot of time!
