Review: Sun Car Carriers was contracted by Superior Motor Cars to transport a Mercedes E350 from Great Neck NY to SLC Utah. Upon arrival, the car had paint damage, a full right side broken molding and a broken front lower grill. Upon trying to contact and get the carrier's insurance, no information was given and carrier as well as selling dealer failed to provide a repair for the damaged areas of the car. The damage was noted by the delivering driver, buyer has contact both the selling dealer as well as the auto carrier and there has been no response and they will not share their insurance carrier's information for a proper claim.Desired Settlement: I have contact both the seller and the carrier of the vehicle and no party has been wiling to step up to handle the broken parts on the car resulting from poor delivery. I have attempted to contact them for the past three weeks to no avail and no satisfaction.
