Review: I've been trying to reach the company for over a week now constantly leaving messages with their answering service yet I have not gotten a response back from the company. My shower head hose is broken and their advertised life time warranty is not being fulfilled. The shower head hose looks like it could burst open at any given moment, this is a serious health and safety issue that needs to be addressed.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call from the company with a replacement shower head hose. I'd also like the company to fix their customer service, they never answer their messages nor is their website working. Please get a working number out to your consumers where they can better reach you.
