I believe Sun Belt Remodeling takes advantage of the elderly. My mother is living in Leisure World in Mesa and called for an estimate on a small patio cover and block fence. Their estimate was $26,000. The estimate listed supplies but no labor. When we asked about labor we were told its added into each of the supplies and then TAXED. Taxes on labor? Then our signature on the ESTIMATE was considered to be a signed contract.....and supplies started being delivered! Needless to say we called and demanded pickup.
