I'm answering a complaint that you notified us on, by *** *** of Omaha, NEI am attaching a document of the quotation from Utility One Source Forestry for a bucket truck, that we quoted ***We are an agent of Utility One Source, as a commissioned sales company.You'll see that the quotation
for the truck itself is $123,And on the bottom you'll see it says "Check to add options." And listed here you will see it states "delivery to Omaha, NE will be $2,Completion of the truck on March 8, 2106." On the second page, you can see it was signed by ***, on 3-14-16, acceptance of the quote/orderThe total cost of the unit, delivered, would be $125,Utility One Source Forestry completed the assembly of the bucket truckThey delivered the product to OmahaThe customer at that point, signed the finance papers, at which point we felt we took care of the agreement that we were involved in.
