Was lucky enough to get same day service which was fabulous. The specialist that came out to look at my issues was precisely that, a specialist in every way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented options for response fully explaining the pros and cons of each approach. He then worked very quickly to implement the repair and all the while provided me with some great education about my particular sump pump solution and technology (system was present when I bought the house so was great information to finally learn ) . In previous dealings with sump pump repairs I never received the kind of friendly service and open sharing of knowledge as received from this Sump Pump Medic technician .
