To whom it may concern,On 10/02/customer ordered 20yd and we charged his card the initial fee of $495, which covered tons of weightCustomer knew all the policies, as it was explained to him clearly, he provided us with the credit/debit card information, which we could use in case if there are
any overages on the container he orderedWhen we delivered container he signed the papers, with our policies in writing, in agreement to our terms (which he has the copy of).Picked up container had an excessive weight of tons at $per tonCustomer was notified about it on 10/12/over the phone, and he agreed with the charges, but said that he doesn't have funds available right now, needs sometime and will talk to his partnerHe also requested a copy of a weight ticked via email, to the email address we had on file(which was confirmed with him earlier letter by letterA documents were emailed to him on 10/12/15, but it turned out that the email he gave us wasn't working email, as erail came back undeliveredAs soon as we got the return email we called the customer, and left him a voice mailWe weren't able to communicate with the customer as he wouldn't answer or return our phone callsOn 10/14/we charged his card and were able to collect $The remaining balance was $which was collected on 11/06/Only then the customer called us with argument, asking repeatedly: "How come never got your email" even that we explain to him friary times that the email he gave us doesn't exist, he refused to confirm the email, we asked for a good email address, so we can send him the weight ticket but he wouldn't provide us with any information, just threatened us to spread bad world about us everywhere, including Revdex.com.All papers from this delivery are available, and we'll be happy to provide them to you to clear our good name.Summit Waste team is true and honest, providing the best service, value each customer, and their needs.We ask you to please look into this case.Thank you
