Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/12/14) */
Ms. [redacted]
I acknowledge that I have been refunded for $122.17 and $265.77. However, the major problem is that the "revised" deposit refund is now saying that I should have been billed for rent from the 8/1/15-8/20/15 when I moved out on JULY 21, 2015. The bottom line is you still owe me another month of rent for $751.95. Below is the email I sent to the Carlsbad helpdesk and the managers at Summit Village Apartments, which explains the whole scenario.
I can be contacted at [redacted]@gmail.com, [redacted]@mail.mil or (XXX) XXX-XXXX
Look forward to hearing back from you!
