I took my month old trailer that I purchased in August of to factory direct trailers in order to get the right brake light fixed on the back of the trailer and then when I got there they told me there would be no problem to fix it and that there would be no charge since it is still under warranty from the past year After they worked on it for a few moments they realized that the problem with the light was coming from the truck not the trailer so I agreed to pay $for the new part that they were going to install and I was not informed that there would be a labor charge during the purchase so when I went to cash out after they fixed the issue I expected a $bill and turned out to be almosy a $charge totalthey charged me a 1/an hour of labor without any consent or notice to me and when I asked for a refund I actually had to demand for refund and they finally gave it back and then continued to give me bad customer serviceLastly they cut my wires and they left me with no
