I have only spoken to custodial parent one time She would call numerous times one after the other and not leave messages and she would call on a regular basis It has in the past been very excessive Due to confidentiality, I am limited on what I can say in my response on here as well as what I can discuss with custodial parent I have no control over the speed of the USPS so there seems to be a little frustration in the speed of parent collecting money As well as other factors in which I will not discuss I have several employees within multiple companies that have garnishment payments sent semi-monthly and there never seems to be an issue with any of these As far as any other cases that do not pertain to complainant, I am not sure where she received incorrect information There is no one that should even be discussing any other cases with her to begin with as they should be confidential
Consumer and I have discussed further by phone

I am rejecting this response because:This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever come acrossI would call daily because no one would answerIf I left a message for a return call, again, I would not get a return callThe two times I spoke with ***, she didn't have the answer right away and told me she would call me back with the answerI never questioned her on private information regarding the non custodial parent*** *** the *** from the Attorney General's office, requested that *** call her back multiple times as well, with no return callI myself called and left two messages for *** directly to call me with information for her supervisorsI attempted to make a complaint before taking this to the Revdex.com with the company themselves, but as usual, no return call*** explained to *** *** that two of my checks had been sent to the wrong place and was supposed to follow up with *** to let her know what the process would be in order to track them downNone of this was ever followed up on from the company's endNow that this has been filed with the Revdex.com things have been completed in a timely mannerI don't have any hesitation to file further complaints in the future if this begins againThe Attorney General's office is now aware of this and is looking into it
