Review: I wrote Summit Real Estate broker [redacted] regarding a house for sale. My intention was not to buy the house which I made clear in the mail, but was a personal interest regarding a question. I got a response back which was not entirely friendly in the choice of words. I then wrote back and said that ofc he was not obliged to respond to my question and that would be ok. Sadly his reply back was very rude. He said I was wasting his time with my personal interest. I must admit that I got very angry at this point and wrote back that just because I wasnt going to buy the house he should treat me with respect no matter what. He then wrote a final mail which he ended with " [redacted] off well". I do not accept any behaviour like this from anyone. You might not be able to do anything about this, but he has no right to talk to me in this matter when I write him an email that is in no way mean or anything else. I tried to look up some info about the company, but when I go to the [redacted] page its his name that is attached to it, so I dont really have anyone else to complain to. I truely hope that you are able to do something about this. Just because I dont own a million dollars and I dont live in the country, doesnt mean that I shouldnt be treated with respect. I admit that I got upset in the mail, but I would never treat anyone like he did over an inquiry. I will gladly send/attatch the emails for proof.Desired Settlement: Would like that he got notice about a complaint made against him. I dont want anything, but he needs to know that its just not ok to treat ppl in that manner.
