Review: summit public adjusters promised to get my insurance company to repair /replace my hot tub, then after a few weeks settled with the insurance company without my ok and did not inculde the hot tub as they promised.

they also claim that if I don't sign the check in one week they will cancel the check, they will not give me a copy of the estimate/report of lossses paid by the insurance compan as per the contract.

In general they mislead, do not do what they claim they will do , and have a serious disconnect from the truth.Desired Settlement: they need to go back to the insurance company and do the job I am paying for or release me from the contract so I contract a more honest adjuster
