Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2015/08/12) */ We were not aware of this complaint until a phone call was received on 8/10/The person to whom the letters were sent does not acknowledge that the notices were ever receivedThat being said, the client, [redacted] , was refunded her $on our check # [redacted] on July 20thThe check cleared our bank account on 8/10/Mrs [redacted] was actually contacted by our Billing Manager when the check was sent and asked to please let us know if she did not receive it within several daysOur Billing Manager did not hear back from her again Also, we have not heard any complaints about the way that our staff talks to or mistreats any clientsIf any clients feel that they have been treated unfairly, we have in-house forms to file complaints and procedures in place to handle them Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 20, 2015/08/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
