We were not aware of this complaint until a phone call was received on 8/10/15. The person to whom the letters were sent does not acknowledge that the notices were ever received. That being said, the client, [redacted], was refunded her...

$225 on our check #[redacted] on July 20th. The check cleared our bank account on 8/10/15. Mrs. [redacted] was actually contacted by our Billing Manager when the check was sent and asked to please let us know if she did not receive it within several days. Our Billing Manager did not hear back from her again.
Also, we have not heard any complaints about the way that our staff talks to or mistreats any clients. If any clients feel that they have been treated unfairly, we have in-house forms to file complaints and procedures in place to handle them.

I did just receive the check, however, they did none of the calling. I was the one calling their office weekly. The person who the complaint is about being rude to me, I was told no longer works there, that's why it was new to the person on August 10th. The check I was told would be sent on July 17th, finally showed up on August 12th, almost a month later. They need to get their facts straight.
