Inquired to a product the company had advertised on Craig’s list, received a quote and ask about cutting specific dimensions, Cynthia stated she would call us back with the information, never received call back. The following day called once again, she stated she did not have anyone in the yard to cut the metal could we pick up the product on Monday, she was informed it was needed early, she AGAIN stated she would call us back confirming the availability for Monday, and once again NO CALL BACK. Monday I followed up, against my better judgment, she stated she could not cut the few pieces we needed cut at specific dimension, which she knew this information on Saturday. She requested I go ahead and pay for the product so it would be ready upon arrival. I did not at that time wish to pay, I did call back and spoke with Mike, she stated he would call me back to get the payment information, NO call (imagine that). Once we arrived at the location Cynthia wanted us to look at the metal to make sure the color was ok, we walked the entire area looking for this particular roll of beige metal which could not be found, we go back to the office, where there were 5 employees sitting around and 2 men in the yard, she hands us a sample and points to a direction, that had been enough, if you are too lazy to walk a customer to the item you don’t need the business.
This is a very untrustworthy company.
