I am writing this letter for complaining the overcharge of total $by Dr [redacted] (working for Summit Medical Group located at [redacted] **) I visited Dr [redacted] on 10/18/for my annual physical checkup visitLater she has not only billed my routine physical check up (which covered 100% by my insurance) but also charged me extra money for a doctor office visit which I never did (not covered by my insurance plan)Dr [redacted] lied about my visit and made up some questions that I never asked her at allIn addition, for this routine checkup, other than the basic blood test, there were additional tests which was wrongly prescribed years ago and noted in my file after I disputed with Dr***’s officeSuch tests not covered by insurance have been avoided due to the notes since It is clearly a mistake to include these redundant tests without valid reasons, especially after I claimed that I don’t need the other than basic tests since
