We have been in contact with Mr*** on all the issues presented on this review We had a lot of miscommunication within our
organization with regards to this project stemming from various factors However, all items have been corrected and amicable solutions have been agreed upon and executed There are a couple of warranty related items that are still open, however due to the time of year and the associated heat, it has been discussed and agreed upon that we wait until temperatures subside Mr*** has been very patient with regards to these issues and we appreciate his understanding as we worked to come to agreeable solutions to all matters involved here

Communication is currently on-going with the customer.  The job is currently still under construction and all complaints are being addressed and resolved.
