Had an excellent experience today with Summit On time Called first [redacted] was the technician who can out Very courteousProfessional Had my air up and running in no time and the cost was extremely reasonable Will definitely recommend them to people I know...and already have!
Our company uses upfront pricing and all prices are parts and labor inclusive, straight out of a bookWe do not set the prices, we simply pull them from the book based on the needed repairI am attaching a copy of the customer's invoice for reviewCustomer would have agreed and approved all
charges as such prior to ay repair being madeI also have a note in my system showing that the customer was contacted on 04/29/at 1:12pm for a routine follow up call to recent services performed to which the note states "4/29/TUE 1:PM> ***: follow up service 4/27/think everything is okay per mrs"If another call was made thereafter and not addressed this is something I am unaware ofI apologize for any confusion, however, since our pricing is not time and material based but rather "flat rate" there is no breakdown available beyond what is already stated on the invoiceTo help everyone better understand this I give the example of going to a restaurant and ordering a meal where the price of each ingredient and the time spent preparing the food is not broken down but rather presented as one set price and agreed upon prior to the food being prepared and served to the customerI hope this is helpfulPlease let me know if I can be of any further assistance
Had an excellent experience today with Summit. On time. Called first. [redacted] was the technician who can out. Very courteous. Professional. Had my air up and running in no time and the cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely recommend them to people I know...and already have!
Review: Summit Heating and Air was contacted for a repair to my heating unit this past April. They came out and evaluated the situation and came up with a $900.00 repair. When we asked what the repairs involved we were told half was parts and and the other half for the labor. We ordered the parts on one credit card and put the labor on a separate card. The technician returned on Monday after scheduling to return a day later on Saturday. He worked on the HVAC unit and had it repaired in less than an hour. He quickly left and did not explain where the 460.00 in labor was being applied considering.
I called the company back immediately and was told no supervisor was on duty as it was later in the day after work when I discovered all the facts. I left several messages to be contacted but the company never returned my calls nor explained the inflated labor charges for approx 45 minutes of work.Desired Settlement: I would love for someone to review the work and explain the charges and if necessary provide a refund of the overcharge.
