They are very rude and make comments about my child when that should never be brought up they want me to pay for damages to the front and back door after my home was broken into and I filed a police report and gave them that , said it wasn’t good enough . The heat is not working in the middle of winter the guy has came three times and it still isn’t fixed after about a month of complaints . They want to charge me before fixing anything , my front door does not open and the back does not lock been complaining for months . I am pregnant and the office lady makes comments on what I should be doing for my child like it’s her place . She discriminates my boyfriend and blames him when none of it was his fault they say I’m intentionally destroying property when anytime something got broke I called police and did what I needed to do and it wasn’t me that did any of it also . Just very unprofessional and not understanding at all . Have read reviews recently and seems I am not the only one that has had this experience with the rudeness and simply not caring about their tenants . Also the garage door keeps coming off track it was fixed before I even moved in cuz it was broken not replaced just same door fixed and has came off track a few times and now they are saying that’s my fault too . When it’s simply just not a good door and not installed correctly and they keep incorrectly installing the same old door , I don’t feel I should be charged for something that was broken before I even moved in and never actually replaced . Now they just refuse to touch it haven’t had a garage door in months and now they are trying to blame me for it .
