Revdex.com: I have visited Summit Ford after my complaint and to my satisfaction the owner Mr R [redacted] and I have came to an agreement to move forward He was very understanding of my complaints and was eager to come to a solution It was unfortunate things had escalated to where they had MrR [redacted] not only listened to me but he understood where I was coming from To my relief, MrR [redacted] has offer to make it right and do everything he can to do so I am happy to continue to do business with Summit Ford and look forward in doing so in the future So, my hats off to you Mr R [redacted] and thank you for making all my little complains important to Summit Ford Regards, [redacted]
