Summit Financial

I attempted to purchase an electronic item, my statement showed Summit Financial as the client who withdrew funds from my account, my emails went to a ***pany called ***.*** which appears to be a consumer finance scam. I have tried to contact them and my purchase of a tv appears to come directly out of China and I have tracked the package from origin to the mailbox, though no delivery was made. Those involved are the original company- Summit Financial, the secondary company, ***.*** and the Chinese carrier The order information is included:
