Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] For starters I didnt threaten the lady who called on Saturday September [redacted] for my emergency call because I couldnt hear herAnd why is she calling from a cellphone from Missouri? And yes I will be starting small claims court proceedings because I paid you $1,since june and my system backed up into my kitchen and now I have major sheetrock to repairIf I dont hear from accelerated by friday I will start the paperwork for courtAlso when I called two weeks ago the receptionist was so rude she said to me that I had ac for three weeks and what do I expectThats customer service? I could see if I owed money but I paid at time of service each time in the last two months In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
Accelerated 6-*-2017- Performed a AC start up and found a bad capacitor and dirty coil for outside unit, gave quote to replace outdoor fan motor, blade and capacitor 6-*-2017- Installed parts that the customer approved from the quote8-*-2017- Service call -No AC- Tech tested system and found...
thermostat not sending signal to the AC system-Replaced with new and cycled OK9-**-2017 Service call for water leak- our staff called back within 10-15 minutes and left message, staff called back several more times and left messages but did not receive a call back from customer.9-**-2017-Customer called back our employee's cell phone. (She has a Missouri area code number) He said to her "Who the hell has a out of state phone number" she left him multiple messages and I guess he didn't check the message because he thought it was a solicitor. The customer then said he was going to file a complaint with Revdex.com and that he wants us to pay for the damages and that he will see us in court. The AC system has indoor air handler that is located in the attic that leaked on the [redacted]- the parts that were changed on 6-**-2017 were installed on the outdoor condensing unit-not the air handler, the thermostat changed on 8-**-2017 controls the unit based on temperature in the space, I do not know what the customer had it set to, I do not know what happened at the time of the water leak do to the customer not checking any of the messages that my office staff had left for him. I do know that several employees live close by his home and we could have sent someone to look at the system to access what happened. Our warranty for parts is on his bill, as far as him having a entire system warranty, service agreement, home warranty, or guarantee on a system that was installed years ago (Not by Accelerated) he does not have one with our company. I have no problem helping people, that is what we do but this customer did not return our call and then complained about our staffs area code/phone number. If the customer answered there phone a lot of aggravation could have been saved, if the unit was shut down upon seeing the leak instead of waiting hours less damage could have happened. My staff goes 100% to make or customers happy and for people to threaten or belittle them is disheartening, once again, if the customer had answered there phone we could have been there to access the system and if the leak was caused by the outdoor fan motor or the thermostat we could have viewed the situation and then determined what was needed and if it was a result of the work we provided.
