Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/06/19) */ The allegations of Mr [redacted] are inaccurate and mistakenThis insurance agency has a record/report system for contacting all prospective clientsWe need and use such a system to keep track of everyone's activities because the firm has grown with our success of serving senior citizens with Medicare related insurance We called Mr [redacted] in early April because he was referred to us by his brother and sister who are our clientsIn that first phone call, he said that it was a little bit early and that we should call him again in May We called him in early May and he said to call min back in late May or early JuneOn May 23, 2015, one of our agents was working in his area and visited Mr [redacted] At that time, Mr [redacted] told our agent that he was working at [redacted] and that he planned to work at least two more years and that he is not retiring anytime soonAfter that, we never called himIn fact, our founder Fred U [redacted] gave instructions to our staff NOT to contact him for twenty monthsOn May 23, Mr [redacted] told us that he plans to work another two yearsWhy would we phone him three days later on May 26? It makes no senseWe would have no interest to do that In less than ten years, this insurance agency grew from one office with three agents to four offices with fourteen agents plus staffThere are some firms that have adopted names similar to our agency name in order to try to take some business from us based on the strength of our firm and its reputationIt may be that some other firm with a similar name tried to contact Mr [redacted] at about the same time that our firm didThat is very common when a senior approaches age 65— multiple firms try to reach them for a chance to get their Medicare related insurance businessBut, the only times that agents or staff of this agency tried to reach Mr [redacted] are the three times mentioned earlier in this letter Please, contact us if you have other questions
