Customer emailed is and said they didn't work. We replied with standard troubleshooting. Customer later said the line was broken. It's pretty much impossible to setup these lights and not notice that the string is not attached to the solar panel. This means the customer broke the product.
Sorry, this response is non-sensical. I'm not sure how you can install a string of lights if there were no connected to the panel and not notice this. The customer clearly installed them, probably too tight on a bush or tree and they got pulled and broke.
