Attached please find verification of the cancellation of extended warranty for the customer named in complaint ***Unfortunately we had a manager that was on vacation July 17th thru the 23rd. Upon his return the cancellation paperwork was in a pile of things to doAs you can see
from the attached file, the warranty has been cancelled back to July 20th, and the financial institution will be receiving a check for for that cancellation. Sorry for any inconvienience Doug T***Office Manager
