The customer service agent you spoke with was very new and did not understand how leasing works? Every [redacted] qualified for the lease program, but the more expensive they are the more the payment goes up? She has been counseled on how to better answer questions like yours in the future? I know that doesnt help fix the inexcusable situation you had to endure but we have put into place procedures to ensure it never happens again? Please let me know what I can do to try to make this up to you? I appreciate how frustrated you must be having wasted so much of your time and would love the opportunity to make things right by you?
